Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites King Of Prussia

Great for a quick stay. In an accessible area.

Needs a little up keep on the outside and could use an pool for the kids. I miss read and thought it said Pool as it said whirl pool in 2 separate words. So my kids were super sad, as we had most of the day there and could not stay and swim.

The breakfast was not the best in the world, but it was better then most. The hotel was clean and respected your privacy.

All except the toe-nail clippings on our room floor, it was fairly nice. The staff was pleasant and resourceful and the location was convenient.

I had a 2 night stay. Original room was an executive king non-smoking room that smelled like an ashtray! Unfortunately, the hotel was full so there was no other option but to spend the 1st night there. After the 1st night I asked to be moved and was given a suite (which should have been comped) which was nice. We have stayed frequently in the king of prussia mall area at various hotels. The Holiday Inn Express is the best of any. Because of our last two experiences of staying at this hotel, we will continue to check with this hotel first for pricing and availability..

The staff never acknowledges you, never says hello and to get their attention is a hassle taking them away their own precious time. The food at the breakfast bar was horrible, cold and not kept you.

The hotel is in a great location just outside of Philly. Its near the mall and close to the interstate.
