Conveniently located to family visiting and the highway. It was very quiet and friendly. We were permitted to check in early.

The hotel was quiet, convenient, clean and friendly. The computer room was private. The exercise room was adequate. The breakfast was very basic but good and fresh.

The hotel & my room was so clean that I thought no one had ever stayed in my room before!
The eggs with the breakfast buffet were awful.

I couldn't believe what a beautiful hotel in such a small town as Lake Placid, Florida. Everything was so clean. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend it.

The staff was wonderful.
We cannot think of anything negative about this hotel.

The Holiday Inn Express was clean, had a nice exercise room, heated pool and hot tub. The room was nice and the free breakfast was very nice. All the staff was very nice and made you feel at home.
