Looked brand new but was actually almost 3 years old.

The pools filter system either was not working or was really weak. There was a lot of hair and floating things in it. The heated pool was great though.

The hotel was new, clean and inviting. The staff was friendly.
It seems to me the pool area was poorly built because there was a lot of water standing. I have a small child so this concerned me.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. It was obvious that this is a new hotel. The hotel was out of the way which I liked because I felt my vehicle was safe in the parking lot. I enjoyed my stay very much and would recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast is great, and they offer a carryout breakfast for those on the run.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel; upon arrival to room I had bottled water and mini candy bars waiting. The location is good to all areas of interest in Little Rock. All the rooms are suites and this is a new hotel. Service was excellent, and the breakfast rocks! They even had to go breakfast sacks for those on the run. The indoor pool and whirlpool was used during my stay and is an excellent way to unwind after a day out. Very quiet and safe location. read more

Very clean and pleasant. Better than most Holiday Inn Express. Friendly staff. We stayed there as many evacues from New Orleans (Gustave hurricane) arrived which made the breakfast area very busy, but considering the circumstances they did a great job trying to keep up with the larger than usually crowd. Also it was quiet at night. The continental breakfast was better than average, but then we don't like continental and wished they would have had full breakfast options. But for those who don't mind continental breakfast, it had many choices. The only negative experience was that I fainted at the pool (first time ever in my life) and the paramedic said as he entered that the chlorine smell was overwhelming, my husband noticed the same. But we're not sure what was to blame, never figured out what happened. If you are sensitive to chlorine, be aware of this. But again, overall the hotel was very clean. The drive to downtown Little Rock was about 10 minutes. There were some decent restaurants about 5 minutes away. We would highly recommend this hotel to others. read more

Great complimentary breakfast - hot and lots of variety.

Amazing value for the money! We really enjoyed the brand new amenities, gorgeous bathroom with granite countertops and really wood cabinet style vanity. We also thought the bedding quality was that of a luxury motel. Breakfast was also wonderful for a family with lots of mouths to feed. Great value, great friendly service, fabulous accommodations! We are thrilled!

Hotel was great! It was very clean and hotel staff was friendly. Good for family and reasonably priced.
