The hotel was very clean and appeared to be brand new even though it was not.
The bed was a little too firm for my taste but did not affect sleep.

This hotel was very clean. I was very impressed with the upkeep. The rooms were very clean as well and were very comfortable. The hotel provided breakfast and had coffee and cookies always available.

The location is secluded away from the bay.
The bathroom had a moldy smell from the plastic curtain. Breakfast food tasted bland and old they need to use a chef not a microwave.

When I visit Monterey Bay I usually stay at the Holiday Inn for the convenience and location. I have recommended this hotel to co-workers and friends since they also enjoy Monterey Bay.

I was clean and up to date, good staff and good hot breakfast.

This hotel is a 3 minute grive from the beach! It was clean and up to date.

Great breakfast, good location, great room amenities.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and large too. The bathroom was bigger than I've seen in most hotels. There was a Nintendo controller with pay as you go game selection and we watched a movie that was still in theaters. Great experience. Definitely staying here again.

Ice machine on my floor was out of ice.

Rooms were spacious, modern and clean, staff was very helpful and courteous.
Beds were too firm, breakfast was only fair.

We were very pleased with the size and cleanliness of the room. Very nicely decorated. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The beds were a little too firm for my taste and the breakfast was only average but did offer a variety of foods. We would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
