Near the attractions were visiting.
The valet survey was slow and not very courteous. Front desk staff were especially unfriendly and not very helpful when trying to resolve our issues.

Front desk staff were not courteous or friendly and were not willing to help us with our issues. Considering the amount of money paid for this suite I was expecting a higher level of service from the staff.

Very busy and especially the breakfast area.

Nice, clean hotel with complimentary breakfast. Valet parking only with in and out privileges. Very busy at all times, especially the mornings.

Room stank of smoke, AC did not work.

Overall exp was ok for one night. Staff did not fix the AC or sprayed the room after we complained.

Breakfast was so crowded we could not find a place to sit.

Very nice hotel, very cheap for what you get. Definitely at the top of the quality vs price list. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The apartment-like room was appreciated.

Complimentary papers & breakfast excellent, suites are superb.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Excellent staff, amazing complimentary breakfast, free papers if you can pick up in lobby, suites are roomy, clean, practical, and they include a full fridge, microwave, 2 TV's, separate living room, windows that open to a garden below, quiet, peaceful, price is right, close to Metro, and convenience store.
