Wish it would have been in Granville, OH.

My daughter is going to school at Dennison in Granville, OH. I stayed at this Hotel while helping to get her moved into the school dorms. When I visit her at Denison I will stay at this Hotel. Very happy with the whole experience. Check-in was easy, nice laundry facility and an elevator. On my way back to Colorado I stayed at 2 hotels and neither had an elevator.

Staff was very friendly.
Uncomfortable beds, weird sounds, dirty hot tub.

The pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and well decorated. Free wireless internet.The cons: The bed was VERY uncomfortable...it was extremely hard and we woke both days with backaches. The floor drain in the bathroom made strange gurgling sounds all night any time anyone near us flushed their toilets. The hot tub was clean on Friday but on Sunday morning it was really nasty. I'm sure there were probably lots of people in it on Saturday night so it should probably be one of the first things to be cleaned in the morning or immediately after the pool roon closes. read more

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make my stay pleasant.
It was in cold Ohio not warm Hawaii.

The room was pleasant with a very comfortable bed, excellent hot water flow with very nice towels and I appreciated having a refridgerator in the room. The complimetery breakfast was incredible. The eggs were moist. The cinnamon rolls were to die for. I probably saved the cost of one nights room in not having to pay for 3 days breakfast. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They were so nice! read more

Clean rooms, good exercise facility, quiet.
Large trucks with trailers were allowed to park in lot, leaving little or no space for other residents.

Enjoyable stay. Management needs to insure that large truck with trailers do not take up so many spaces so as to not have parking spaces for autos. This situation was handled well at desk once notified. I would recommend this hotel highly.

Location was convenient to many restaurants and services.
Parking lot was kind of tight.

A pleasant stay. Large bathroom with exhaust fan. The towels were nice. The TV had lots of channels and the employees were pleasant. I like the business center.
