Mini fridge was a plus, smoking room i got didn't smell of smoke.
Very thin walls.

I was very pleased with the room i got for the money i payed. The walls were a bit thin. Could hear the neighbors "talking" all night. But everything else was super clean and classy. Just a hop, skip. and a jump from Niagara Falls.

The stuff there is not friendly and nice.

The stuff there was not friendly and nice especially the front desk period manager. Moreover, they didn't change the lotions, and shampoos in the room. We worried about the bed sheet as well. It seemed like used.

Holiday Inn Express in Niagara Falls, NY exceeded my expectations with its overall cleanliness and comfortable, tastefully done rooms. Beds were soft with option of soft or firm pillows. Its hot breakfast buffet was very decent for a hotel its size and presented in a neat and organized manner with more than adequate replenishment which is the area where most hotels try to cut corners. Staff in terms of answering questions and customer courtesy was not great but moderately friendly. read more

The room styling and breakfast were excellent.
It was lacking the extra touches of other Hi Expresses.

My family was disappointed that the pool, although advertised, was no where near completion. It was a major factor in deciding to choose this hotel since we knew it would rain and needed to have some indoor activities available for our weekend stay. Also, the notepads, roll pillows ect. that are found at other HiExpresses were not there due to the recent opening of the hotel. Even the parking lot is not finished and the desk help wasn't all that friendly and helpful as I have encounted before at the same chain. The room was lovely, however, and the bed excellent. read more
