Hotel clerk was one of the best. I had the pleasure of dealing with. She goes above and beyond and very cordial.

The hotel is in a good location, appealing to the eye, inside and out. Has all the amenities of the four stars. I stay at in Dallas. The breakfast was very tasty, with good selection. All the decor is very pleasing to the eye. The receptionist was one of the nicest I have encountered in years. Everything is kept very clean as if it had just opened. I highly recommend this establishment. read more

It was magnificent, it was perfect for our once a year shopping spree for my daughter and myself. The staff was so friendly and service was wonderful

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and there have been many over the years. The room was immaculate, very upscale, the beds were wonderfuly comfortable the pillows were like big puffs of air. The towels were actually adult sized not hand towel sized.

The furnishings were fabulous and the staff extra helpful!
Can't think of a thing!

The decor was lovely, the continental breakfast was excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed at three hotels over the six days of our trip and this was by far our favorite!
