The price.
The beds were hard and it was a little dated.

This was not the quality I have come to expect from Holiday Inn express. I stayed in a Baymont Inn a week before and it was pretty much the same quality. The hotel is in desperate need of an update and new mattresses. They also need a plumber. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels and this just didn't do it for me.

It shares a parking lot with a bowling alley.
The room smelled of a humid mildew.

The hotel was fine, but not worth staying two nights in. I'd rather find a cute bed and breakfast in the area.

room was next to the expressway, others were available on the quiet side

Stayed both coming and going. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is included and adequate.

This hotel had a play land, swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room and a very small arcade.

I liked the fact that smoking rooms were available.
The location was good but the entry roads leading to the hotel were not clearly marked and were in disrepair.

My partner and I had an over all great stay. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The shower was very relaxing. The only problem I had were the roads leading to the hotel. They were in a bit of disrepair and not clearly marked. Don't accidentally pull into the duty free store unless you are prepared to go to Canada.

The staff were very accommodating. It was clean.
Could use a face lift in terms of the design and overall decorating.

The hotel was fine as moderate hotel. It was clean except for the one hair on the chair. The location was convenient. The staff was very friendly. I am use to traveling for business in a more upscale hotel. This was personal and met my needs for this trip.
