It was convenient to the Arco Arena, was clean and quiet.
The elevator was slow.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. It has nice amenities and a friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was nice.

Had to go somewhere else to get a bite to eat.

Great, close to airport transportation to and from. Would have been better if I could have had a bite to eat at 4 am.

The room was nice and quiet .
Misinformed about shuttle to Arco Arena.

The stated that they did shuttles to the Arco Arena. When I asked about it upon check in they told me that if they did not have an airport transport then they would. The next morning when we went to check on it, we were told that we had to sign up for it the night before. And then informed that if we would have signed up the night before then they would have had additional shuttles available. read more

The suite was spacous, with a wall divider perfect for a crib.

I selected this Hotel because of its close proximity to Arco and the large rooms. Our suite had a wall divide that separated the bed from the desk and sofa area (perfect for a crib for my 1 year old). The room was great. My only complaint would be that it started raining at about 2:00 in the morning, and the window next to my bed leaked. The water dripping was loud enough that it kept both my husband and I awake- and we used all of our towels soaking up the water. When I mentioned the leak to the man at the front desk he was not concerned, leading me to believe that he was already aware of the problem. read more

Shuttle to ARCO! Unexpected but great. Good breakfast.
Nothing to report.

Brand new, an excellent addition to Sacramento Airport services, and very convenient to ARCO. We will make it our stay in all future stays in the area. One question: do they accommodate cars for longer stays.

Nice decor. Friendly staff.
Exhaust fan noisy in the room.

As a new motel, it is very clean and well decorated except bed skirt was not pressed which looked tacky. Exhaust fan in room continual and noisy.
