Good Location. Bed was very comfortable.
Carpets in rooms needed cleaning.

Hotel was conveniently located to Seaworld. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area looked like it hadn't been cleaned up in a day or two. Carpets in rooms needed cleaning. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was good and varied each day.

The breakfast was decent. Friendly staff.
Paper thin walls. Beds not comfortable. Thermostat problems-room stayed too cold.

It was okay. Walls were paper thin, but the staff was very friendly. Beds were not all that great. My kids even complained that the bed was not comfortable.

I would've never stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff was not very friendly. The breakfast was disgusting. There are not enough tables to sit at. the
A/C in the room was too cold and when it was off it took forever to come back on. My trash can was not emptied after calling about it several times. read more

I have always enjoyed the amenities and rooms that I have had in the past. I did not feel that this particular Holiday Inn Express met the standards of the others I have stayed at in the past.

Great holtel when traveling with young children. The pool was nice and the beds were wonderful. The room was a little small but, comfortable.
