Accommodations were great. Quiet, clean and staff great.
Hotel pool was dirty. Next day it was cleaned for us.
Enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and check in and out extremely quick. Felt relatively safe and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay at this facility again.

Convenient parking, pretty friendly staff.
Dingy/dirty looking floors in public spaces, very smokey smelling corridor, furnishings and linens.
The staff at the Holiday Inn Express was very nice, greeted us promptly and got us into our room quickly. All a plus. Unfortunately, we somehow ended up with a smoking room which we did not want and they couldn't find an alternative. The room had an operable window, which was good, but the entire floor we stayed on, including in the public spaces, smelled of smoke and the linens and furnishings were smelly of stale smoke. The bed was overly soft/lumpy and we ended up cutting our trip short since it wasn't a restful room to be in. The staff was very gracious and if you can get a non-smoking room it's probably a good deal for a quick stay. Not a leisure/vacation getaway, though. read more

I liked the layout, the colors and extra amenities Free WI-FI, coninental breakfast, free news paper and for the most part the hotel was quiet inside
Only complant I have it there were not enought towels in the pool area and there was construction next door that started making noise at 6am
We loved our stay except for not enought towels in the pool area, thr pool was cloudy looking, we also noticed that the health department inspection hanging on the wall was out of date by 2 years. Everyone was friendly, the place was clean and nice looking in all areas. The only other thing I did not like was that the construction going on next door started their day at 6am which is against Seattle city ordinence you are not to start before 8am. read more

The pool did not look clean and the water in the pool and hot tub were murky and the hot tub was full of foam.

Room was missing a second bed.
Just OK. Our room was missing a second bed, although there was an obvious space for it. Everything was OK pretty much. Nice not having to pay for parking or breakfast in the Seattle area though.

Staff was fantastic, lots of restaurants nearby, complimentary breakfast was very good.
It's quite a way from downtown, 27 minutes by bus. No refrigerators in room.
The rooms are spacious and very clean. The pool and spa area and the workout room are in very good condition. The complimentary breakfast included cheese omelette's, sausage and biscuits and gravy - far better than most hotels who offer bagels and juice. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful, professional and friendly.
