Accommodations were great. Quiet, clean and staff great.
Hotel pool was dirty. Next day it was cleaned for us.
Enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and check in and out extremely quick. Felt relatively safe and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay at this facility again.

The Kohler shower head.
I experienced a party all around me. This is not acceptable.
I specifically asked for a very quiet location on the hotel, as I needed to get some work done and adequate sleep, yet I experienced a noisy party which lasted late into the night and only got a verbal apology. Customer service needs improvement here.

Staff was not very friendly when I asked for an early check-in.
Everything was fine, except the staff provided a snippy answer when I asked for an early check-in. It is not as though I expect to be able to check-in whenever I want, but I do expect that they would at least 1) see if a room was ready, or 2) be a little nicer about denying my request. Other than that (and no ESPN in the rooms) the stay was fine and the rooms are clean.

No cable for Internet... why not wireless?
Location is off the beaten path, area is not one you would want to walk around in. But hotel and staff were very nice.

No Queen Suites available so I am upgrade to a King Suite.
No ESPN.
Even though I arrive before the 3 pm check-in time, I am greeted warmly and quickly handed my key. I am informed that they are sold out of Queen Suites so I will have to "settle" for a King Suite on the top floor. I am also informed that they have a heated pool open 24 hours a day, and I'm shown to the dining area for the next morning's breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet turns out to be excellent! Includes everything you could want, in abundance, including Holiday Inn's famous "Hot Cinnamon Rolls". Overall a totally enjoyable, refreshing stay, which lead to a great sales result for me the following day. read more
