The staff did an excellent job of meeting all of our needs.
We regretted leaving!

This hotel was excellent in terms of staff and service! We especially appreciated the free breakfast! From the guest services to housekeeping to the maintenance man, everyone we came into contact with had the utmost respect for our family.

Clean. The breakfast was very pleasing.
Nothing to report negatively.

The hotel has recently opened so everything was in top shape. The only draw back, if any, is the new smell. It was a little too much however everything else made up for it. The location was at one end of Broadway however access was very easy. I would want to come back to this hotel.
