Business Traveler
great service.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone, family, business, leisure or recreation. The staff was super accommodating, the hotel is very new and has a spectacular view of Lake Michigan.

Family Traveling with Young Children
Overall the cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was nice as well, and always pretty well stocked (except on Saturday towards the end of the rush when a lot more people were at the breakfast). Room was nice and clean. Front desk probably needs more training on billing people. They did not know if we had paid already or not and tried to bill us twice after I paid priceline months ago. They also gave us a bad key card that expired after 3 1/2 days of our stay, which was inconvienent when we had our arms full of bags and 3 kids who were tired and ready to get in the room. The pool was nice and warm and so was the hot tub. Our baby loved kicking around in the pool and he usually is too cold to enjoy it, but he loved it. ...

Solo Traveler
Staff was polite. Rooms appeared to be clean. Rooms not visually appealing and the bathroom had probably one of the most inconvenient uses of space for a bathroom I've experienced in the states and in most other countries. Location is very good.

This is a great place to stay! The rooms are great and very clean! The breakfast is so nice! I don't think I have ever seen a free hotel breakfast quite so large! I vacationed here were two other friends and we will come back!

too high for weekdays.
Convenience to St. Joe and beaches. Right across the road from lake. Very clean with all amenities for a business traveler or family. Nice continental breakfast, although missing a full service resturant. We were be coming again.

Family Traveling with Young Children
We decided to stay at this hotel over Memorial Day weekend due to it proximity to Lake Michigan, its right across the street. The hotel is close to just about everything including Downtown St Joseph, wineries, Warren Dunes, etc. You have to drive to everything, but the tourist area is very spread out and with all the beautiful country side you don't really notice! The only disappointment is that this hotel doesn't have water access. The hotel is on a high rocky bluff and it just isn't feasible to have access there. You have to go somewhere else to dip your toes in the water. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
Overall very happy with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and willing to help in anyway. The atmosphere was pleasant. The continental breakfast was very nice. We had one minor issue of a dirty blanket however the staff was very apologetic and it was quickly replaced. I would definitely stay here again.
