Hotel faces the Bay and is close proximity to Tampa Airport.
Included breakfast needs improvement.

The hotel is nice and clean. It is a bit dated, yet for the price and location it is a great.

That it was a holiday inn express because they are 1 of my favourute hotels.
Regular room cleaning, Internet connection, gym, & breakfast was not what Holiday Express.

As a business traveler I love Holiday inn Express Hotels! I bring my children often on my trips. I chose it in Tampa because I assumed I would receive the same experience. The breakfast was never complete & burnt or hard on the hot "fresh" items. Usually you get a choice of eggs, biscuits & gravy etc. Rocky Point Holiday Inn never gave that choice, either one or the other everyday. I stayed there for 8 miserable days. Pool capacity was 10! So small & I had bad Internet connection. Worse was traveling with children they offered
no daily cleaning unless you requested it daily & the management failed to mention at check in. If you are familiar with Holiday Inn Express, this specific one in Tampa Rocky Point will let you down. read more

The hotel was located close to the Tampa airport.
The parking spaces were a little snug for the large car that we were driving, but this was only a minor hassle.

The hotel was very conveniently located to the Tampa airport. We arrived late and the staff provided prompt service to help get our children up to the room. The room was very spacious and had a kitchenette, which was unexpected. The location of the hotel on an island in Tampa Bay provided a great view in the morning. The breakfast included hot items, such as eggs, biscuits and gravy and cinnamon rolls in addition to the normal cold fare, such as cereal and muffins. read more

The hotel workers were friendly and helpful.
It was difficult to get clean towels.

Nice hotel. It was a little difficult to get to the first time and not close to any shopping malls/markets. The hotel employees were very nice and helpful.

It was very clean and had a very helpful staff.
Nothing.

While the location is a bit out of the way from where we were going, it was still extremely easy to get around from there. There are 4 restaurants extremely close, but 3 of which are seafood. The rooms are extremely clean.
