Location.
The staff was not very accommodating when obstacles arose.
I was greeted to find that the rooms with 2 Queen beds I reserved had leaks and were unavailable. I was offered a King room with a pullout couch as the only option at the same price. The door jammed and made entry to the room very difficult and the toilet leaked. When I woke up to take a shower, I was greeted with cold water. I was told the water heater was broken and would be repaired in 15 minutes. My family and I took cold showers to start our day. read more

I felt very safe in this hotel.
Slow elevators.
Excellent staff and the room was wonderful. Never heard any noise outside. Great place to walk in the morning.

Nice Property. Nice Room.
My room was approx. 85 degrees when I arrived, took until midnight to cool.
The Hotel was very nice. However, the guest rooms were extremely hot! My guest room was actually 85 degrees and the A/C wasn't even on. Several of the other guest were saying the same thing. Even the Hallways on the 2nd, 3rd & 4th floors were probably 80 degrees or hotter. The management did go out and but a small 12" fan, which helped and I was glad that they did this! read more

All the necessities, quiet, great bed appointments.
Staff said pool/spa was being renovated but we saw no evidence of this.
We were pleased to find that there were 2 queen beds in the room. There weren't a lot of frills, but everything was attractive and new. The beds were great, the towels thick and snow-white. Front desk staff seemed inexperienced but our needs were few so that was OK. The included breakfast had a lot of choices but the hot eggs, sausage, etc., had a processed look and taste that we found unappetizing so stuck with cereal and yogurt. read more
