Fresh cookies at the desk!
The vending machines on all floors were out of water.

Would definitely stay again -
clean, pretty, close to the highway and some fast food.

Great staff and a
wonderful room.
Spa was closed.

Great hotel for the price I paid. This hotel exceeded mine and my husband's expectations. The breakfast was really good. The bathrooms and extras were great. Great value for the money. Helpful staff, also.

Staff was very friendly.
Outdated and not at all a comforting atmosphere.

I was not impressed with my stay at this hotel. While the staff was friendly, and the public areas were clean enough, my room was not as clean and inviting as I had expected it to be. They put us on a non-smoking floor that absolutely reeked of smoke. It smelled dank and musty. The chairs in our room looked as though they had been salvaged from a flood and had several stains on them. Also, the TV was a very old model. I do have to say, however, that the bed was very comfortable. read more

King room was very large. Bed comfort was great.
Decor (wallpaper & border) not very attractive, rather dated.

This was a good bargain and pleasant place to spend a night in Tyler while on a family illness-related trip. It was easy to find, right off the Loop, and was quiet and comfortable. The mattress (some type of temperpedic foam) was fantastic. We both had a great night's sleep. Wish the entire hotel was non-smoking, as we nearly got a smoking room by error.

They agreed to let us have 1 room.

They were very upset that it had been booked with 2 adults & 4 children in 1 room. They did honor the booking, but didn't have much good to say about your procedures.

It was close to my business destination. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The parking spaces were too narrow.

Overall a very nice experience. I would book another stay there should the opportunity arise.

Friendly employees.
Not the cleanest place I've stayed in.

The room smelled like stale smoke. A little febreez would have taken care of this. Also a little scrubbing could have helped on the floors in the bathroom. Corners and tile grout was a bit dingy and dirty. Overall the room was excellent for our purpose, shopping at Canton, Texas for First Monday Trade Days which we did not get to do because it rained. But we did hit the mall in Tyler. Beds were comfortable and made with clean linens. Towels and extras in bathroom were ample. Probably would stay again. read more
