The beds were nice an new.
Tt smelled moldy.

The place was not as nice. The pool was out of order.

Location in Tyler was nice & breakfast provided with room.
1st room we were given had black mold on tub faucet.

Overall thought hotel was fair. Have stayed in other Holiday Inn Express hotels that were cleaner. Color scheme was dark & drab. Hotel staff were very nice about changing our room that had moldy faucet, but the next room was not all that great either in bathroom. Tyler must have mold problem!

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Even doing repainting a couple rooms down from the room
I stayed in.

Overall the hotel was clean and nice.
I was expecting a larger bathtub but that wasnt the case and the toilet was very loud when flushed.
