The free breakfast was excellent, nice sized rooms.
In busy part of town so a little noisy.

Breakfast was great, hot, plentiful and free. Nice sized rooms, clean nice bedding. Good value overall.

Soft bed.
Room amenities not replaced, breakfast mediocre.

Good for a quick business travel but not recommended for more than one night. The hot breakfast was never completely read, cold items not fresh. Room amenities (shampoo, etc) not replaced daily. Scary elevator.

I liked it all.

Excellent mid-level hotel. Walking distance from the entertainment district, and Kansas City Art Institute.

The room was well appointed and very comfortable.
Front desk clerk could have been friendlier.

Although the hotel was a little hard to find (not the fault of the hotel) it was worth looking for. Pleasantly surprised by size of room and decor.

The beds were awesome!
Construction of lobby area made hotel unappealing. I know this is a temporary situation.

Spacious room with very comfortable beds. Nice complimentary breakfast. Desirable location in Westport, close to Country Club Plaza.
