Staff was real helpful.
Small rooms, cheap hard beds and rooms were dated and it was over prices.

We stayed at the Hyatt the very next day and the place was great.

Good value for your money, safe and clean, free parking/newspaper/local phone call included in price.
Nothing that we don't like. Front desk staff and cleaning staff courteous and helpful.

Pleasant, clean, safe hotel. Free parking and good free breakfast with newspaper. All that we require for our 4 nights stay. Very helpful and friendly staff. Holiday Inn Express gave us what we requested on arrival with no delay.

No bed side reading lamps, poor lighting over all, small bath, no tub.

It was fine for a working vacation.

It was too small of a room/restroom. Breakfast was not good at all.

I wouldn't go back at all and pay what I did for a room like that.

Lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas.

We will never use this hotel again. We have stayed there on a number of previous visits to see family in the area. All of those times have been fairly good with nice king rooms. This time we feel they gave us the sorriest room they have because we booked as they told us when we checked in with a "third" party.

Didn't have tub.

We moved in Katy area a week ago. Although I arranged the gas connection ahead of time, it wasn't connected at my new place. We lived with cold shower for several days and everyone caught a cold. The front upgraded my room from one queen bed to two queen beds after 4 of us showed up. We did not stay overnight though. I really appreciate he did, cause my kids liked to play on beds and enjoyed watching TV after hot steamy shower. (My cable will be installed today.) read more

They allowed my dog to stay for 40 more dollars.
The dog meant switching to a smelly pet room.

As long as my little dog task can be in the room with me, I have not a single complaint. Other than a slight lingering odor of the well used pet room they switched me to when I asked about my dog, everything was just perfect. Thank you!

Clean, nice pool, cont breakfast.
Would not confirm room with two beds, non-smoking.

I ordered the hotel and called to make sure the hotel had the reservation. They confirmed I had a Smoking room with one king bed. I informed them I was traveling with my elderly mother and needed a Non Smoking room with Two beds. The hotel manager would not send me confirmation that I was getting the desired room. I was also required to pay ten dollars more per night, even though it was the same size room. This was very inconvenient. read more
