The pool was fun. Breakfast was good. Shuttle service met our needs. Close to restaurants and shopping.
Pool was a little dirty and spa water was low / jets barely worked. No balcony furniture. Elevators made a lot of noise.

Hotel stay was great. No major problems. I will stay again the next time we travel to DW. Staff was friendly and helpful. The elevators made a lot of noise which made us feel a little wary at times. There is only 1 pair of elevators, so often times in the mornings it would be crowded, or even a maid would crowd us in with her cart.

The hotel we stayed in got 2 beds. They got microwave and fridge in the room which I didn't really expect. The room was really clean.

It was consistent with other experiences I have had with a Holiday Inn Express.
The bathroom was so small, you had to actually close the door to get to the toilet.

The hotel was as expected - simple and clean. Courteous and helpful staff.

I will be consulting legal counsel as to why refused to refund to me when I tried to cancel my reservation from New York two days prior to my check in date. This is definitely the wrong way to do business.

The pool and the staff they were friendly and helpful.
Dirty carpet, moldy bathroom, gloomy and dark.

The main entrance needs something to impress the visitor. Plain. The carpet in the room was dirty and the bathroom was moldy and dark. The carpets in the hallways dirty, hallway appeared dark, gloomy not cheerful and welcoming.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke.

Overall, excellent for the price we paid. Would recommend to all families. However, the non smoking room smelled like smoke. They tried to make it right, but had no other room type available. If you are a smoker, don't be inconsiderate, go outside! The cleaning crew forgot to come the first day. The man who runs the shop downstairs was very helpful and friendly. The free hot breakfast was a major plus! read more

Nice beds, very comfy the pillows were great.
They send you over to the ticket sellers to get a parking pass, but they weren't pushy.

We had a room right next to the elevator and didn't hear a thing, the room was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Room was clean and it had a balcony, microwave, and fridge. There were plenty of towels although we got to the pool late and they were out of pool towels. Pool was heated and had a slide and waterfall, plus a hot tub. It was very close to the parks and was in an easy to find area. Hot breakfast in the morning wasn't extraordinary, but better than most and the staff there was very helpful. We stayed there and drove to the parks and even with the cost of parking at the park (skipped the shuttles so we could come and go as we pleased) we came out way ahead of what the cheapest Disney resorts would cost. I will stay there again and would recommend this hotel to family and friends. read more
