An okay place, probably a little pricey for the inconvenience of getting to your room.

Close to express ways.
Further from the beach than I thought.

Definitely over-priced for what you get. Nothing extravagant. Just a basic hotel. The in-room refrigerator isn't worth the extra money.

Location was great and the pool & spa was great. Will go back.
There was not enough room in breakfast room.

All of the staff was very helpful to me and my family. I will tell lots of my friends to stay their.

This hotel is clean, comfortable and works hard to pamper guests.
The only thing we wished our room had was a small refrigerator and microwave.

Greeted by friendly, efficient staff, you're in for a treat when you open the door to the lovely, spacious and quiet room. Guests will appreciate the cushion topped bed and double sheeted duvet, beautiful striped linens, choice of pillow firmness which is embroidered on the pillowcases and thick cushy towels. Within the hotel were a very nice indoor pool, arcade, suites for families with kids, and well furnished continental breakfasts. The location is on the east end of Ludington, convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc. We will choose this hotel again when we return to the area. read more

The staff (maintenance not front desk) was generally friendly.
Basic condition of the hotel did not match the rating or price.

This hotel was very convenient. As a business traveler, I am used to better service from a 3 star hotel. The only complementary toiletry was a combination shampoo / conditioner. The fixtures were old, one of the phones did not work and as a final straw, the printer was broken and I could not print my boarding pass. They did not offer an alternative. I will probably not stay here again or recommend to others. read more
