Very close to all amenities, good value, helpful staff.
Tiles in the hot tub were coming off, some mould growth.

Overall, good value for what we paid. Recommend upgrade to balcony room. Worth the extra $10. Free Breakfast good if you only need the basics. Staff knowledgeable about the area.

Mattress was old and saggy.

Not up to my standards. I thought Holiday Inn was upgrading - they certainly have not yet done this one.
