The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice, clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location right on route 220. Wireless internet worked nicely and so did the cable TV. Hot food on the breakfast bar appealed to my teenage son and hungry husband. The hotel had a just-cleaned smell.

No sofa in king rooms.

Good hotel for the price. I was put, by accident I'm sure, in a room with a Jacuzzi tub, which was a very nice thing!

The staff gave outstanding service.
Only 1 computer for guest.

The hotel was very comfortable and located near where we needed to be. Every one of the staff members were pleasant and went out of their way to make our stay there great!

Convenient to food, shopping and family.
I liked everything.

Holiday Inn express was well cared for and maintained a certain warmth and charm because of the friendliness of the employees. We will stay there in the future!

Very clean and attractive. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful.
Some of the pastries very hard at the continental breakfast.

Overall this hotel was an excellent place to stay. I like the atmosphere and the staff was very helpful, friendly and made sure that you were comfortable. They tried very hard to make our stay a pleasant one. I would recommend this hotel to others. It should be rated higher that a two star hotel.

Location was convenient, staff helpful.
Rooms were of an older vintage, but updated. Bathroom updated, but patches in wallpaper were evident.

The experience was totally satisfactory.
