Customer service was exceptional. They knew what would make you happy.

I was very impressed from the moment I walked into the hotel. The desk clerk was smiling and personable. Fresh cookies were in a container on the counter. I was asked if I would like a soda or water. I declined. My companion got a cold diet soda. There was a wine and cheese event in the lobby that night. Wine, cheese, sliced sausage, crackers and freshly made popcorn. Our room was called to check if there was anything we needed. Breakfast was great with several selections. Hot coffee was available 24/7. When we checked out there was another kind of freshly baked cookies in the container on the counter. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It was just great.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast.

If you are visiting Allegheny College or Meadville for any reason this is a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and offered us a complementary soft drink upon arrival. They also called after check in to see that the room was to our satisfaction. I would stay here again.

There was nothing that I did not like.

Convenient to Meadville City and major highways with several restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very conscientious and attentive.
