The excellent hot breakfast and the friendly staff.

This hotel was an excellent choice. It had all the amenities both in the room and in the other areas of the hotel. The hot, very complete breakfast was surprisingly complete and good. The staff was friendly, very courteous and so helpful. We definitely will return to this hotel any time we are in the Melbourne, FL area.

Very fast check in, no waiting and great service.

It's a great place to stay in the Melbourne area, convient to I-95, as well as Melbourne propper. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I will stay here again when I am in the area.

No waffle maker.

Great hotel in convenient location to gas stations and plenty of restaurants within 5 mile radius. Right off the interstate. You will not be disappointed in the quality of the bed. Rooms also include a refrigerator and microwave. Nice complimentary continental breakfast.

It was very clean and even smelled clean.
Right next to a large local bar.

It was very clean. It smelled clean. Everyone was friendly. The bed was very comfortable and they don't have those plastic like, cheap uncomfortable sheets. I would stay again.

No complaints it was better than I expected.
