The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Snacks and a popcorn machine were available in the hotel the afternoon we arrived. Nice touch and very welcoming! The hotel was so clean and so well appointed it looked like our room had never been used at all!

Very clean & proximity to interstate and retail.
Breakfast was a mob on the weekends & only 1 elevator!

Overall, great value via Priceline. But do note, breakfast is madness on the weekends and staff seems oblivious to this. During weekdays, it is just fine with all items available. There is only 1 small elevator for 4 busy floors and during morning/checkout hours, it was often filled with the housekeeping cart! Finally, the fitness center is very limited. On the positive side, the location was outstanding and the room/facilities spotless. read more

The appearance of the hotel and the amenities were fantastic.
I gave my credit card when I checked in due to any incidentals I might use but wasn't told that there would be a $75 hold on my credit card.

Lots of amenities such as computer use, free washer and dryer, lovely entry way and dining area for free buffet breakfast.

Great location.

They have updated all the rooms since the last time I stayed there (previously 2007), great location if you want to catch a show, or dine out, there are countless great restaurants, all within a 5-10 minute walk.
