The check in was very smooth, the room clean and updated, staff very friendly & helpful.
There was really nothing that disappointed me.

This hotel was clean, bright, up to date and has a very accommodating staff. My room was not what I had wanted and they changed it without any problems. The staff is friendly and very helpful including recommending local restaurants. I would stay here again.

The appearance of the hotel and the amenities were fantastic.
I gave my credit card when I checked in due to any incidentals I might use but wasn't told that there would be a $75 hold on my credit card.

Lots of amenities such as computer use, free washer and dryer, lovely entry way and dining area for free buffet breakfast.

The smell in the hotel room and hallway were unbearable.

If it hadn't been almost 2 in the morning by the time we checked in we would not have stayed here even if we had to eat the cost. The smell in the room of mold, must and smoke was almost enough to make us ill. I can't believe they rented that room to anyone. We left 6 hours later. Thankfully the breakfast was free as I would not have paid for it.

Price and location.
The drapes don't close, they have a valance, not good.

Very nice and clean, liked that they have continental breakfast, did not like not being able to close the drapes, the curtains are sheer and a lot of light comes in which makes it hard to sleep and a feeling of lack of privacy as well.

Well located along I-495, the hotel is staffed by bright, helpful and dedicated staff which becomes obvious as you deal with staff or interact with their daily efforts. Very clean, organized, no clutter, no not working signs. Front desk is efficient and on-the-ball and the breakfast is excellent and enormously satisfying with a dedicated staff that pays attention by the moment to demand and consumption rates. The room was extra clean and unobtrusively there for me without surprises. I did feel smarter after a night's stay. read more

The rooms don't have a refrigerator or microwave. You have to request for them.

Clean rooms with very nice, new bed linens.
Met my expectations for a Holiday Inn, but was nothing out of the ordinary.

The staff was friendly; the rooms were very clean with great beds and new linens (although the bathroom was a bit dated). Breakfast was above average for a complimentary self-serve option. It included fried eggs (pre-prepared), bacon and sausage. Great coffee. All and all, a good hotel--above average, but not out of the ordinary.
