All the renovations, room smell.

Hotel was under a lot of construction that we did not know about until we arrived. The pool was not usable due to construction. Room was pretty far away from the front desk and right in the area of all the construction. The room also smelled old and musty, so we asked the clerk if it used to be a smoking room and she insisted it was not but did not offer to move us to another room, the hotel was not full of guest so this should not have been a problem. The bathroom also needed much updating. read more

The room was clean.
Thin walls - can hear people in rooms above.

The hotel was great for a leisure traveler; we spent most of the day touring the sites so all we needed was a comfortable bed and clean bathroom; which the hotel had that. I would stay there again.

Beds were large and comfortable. Rooms were clean.
The bacon and eggs left much to be desired but breakfast overall was good.

Located between Stinson Beach and the city so that was great.

Quiet, clean, great breakfast, helpful staff.
No fault of the hotel, there was a lot of construction.

We were gathering for a wedding nearby and the hotel was so convenient and comfortable.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. I wasn't expecting much, but it turned out to be really nice for the money.

This was a nice hotel. The pool area was nice as well. Great for families with young children.

Halls had a slight musty odor.

I would definitely stay again at this hotel. It had everything a hotel should have, including a very helpful and courteous staff.

Both evening and morning staff was very friendly and helpful.
I didn't feel overly safe - the doors and walls were flimsy.

We were at the back of the hotel where it seemed like something bad could happen. The corridors were long and sounded as if there was just a plywood sub floor under the carpet. Dust bunnies in every corner of the room.

Friendly, wonderful rooms, good location nothing to complain.
Breakfast tables could have been cleaner.

It was close to the Golden Gate Bridge and quiet. Wonderful location to reach San Francisco and places like Sausalito, Downtown Mill Valley or Stinson Beach.
