Slow elevator and cheesy front desk.
The breakfast was nice but it was an old hotel and really not worth.

Staff was very helpful.
The towels were stained.
The hotel was located in a very good spot near the highway and near shopping plazas (including a very nice looking Wal-Mart, which is usually hard to say). The hotel staff were very helpful in providing assistance whenever we asked. Including suggesting some interesting places to take the kids for fun. When I go back to Naples, FL, I will be staying at the same hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
A bit further away from the area than we expected.
Very friendly staff. Great breakfast, perfect for the traveler who just needs a place to sleep.

Clean.
A lot to pay not a vacation thing, just a family thing - but the area dictates the price, I am sure. Hotel was ok average - nothing to do back flips for.

Clean and conveniently located.
The new air conditioners constantly cycles on and off at any temperature setting and doesn't have a fan option to provide a constant sound/air level.
Very convenient. Close to beaches, downtown, restaurants, interstate, and many attractions.

It's location was away from the traffic of downtown Naples, and was good for travel cross-state.
The exit #15 is outdated (old highway) and confusing. The correct exit is #101.
My room was top floor or corner so I have little to complain about. For business travelers they need to know it has "wireless" Internet access, and no "high-speed" Internet access
