Sink in bathroom did not drain very well.

Very nice hotel, have stayed here multiple times. Excellent quality for an Express. Location is excellent for easy access to downtown nightlife.

Paid for room, shouldn't have to pay to park!

Great hotel that is perfect for the visitors to the downtown area. Close enough to walk, and yet far enough away to avoid the traffic of the local 2nd Ave. Continental breakfast way the best I have ever had outside of a full sized resort. And Wi-Fi is always a plus. However, a busy traveler who has already paid good money for a room should not have to pay to park in a hotel parking lot, which you will have to do. I would not expect to pay $15 to park. read more

Friendly and helpful front counter employees.
The room was very hot and had a musty smell.

The staff was very friendly. They also have a tasty breakfast bar. I stayed in a room on the eighth floor. The room was hot and had a musty smell. You could see that the eighth floor may have suffered water damage in the past.

Excellent location in downtown Nashville. Loved the bed linen, great view and nice flat screen TV. Free breakfast and free internet in lobby was great.

Parking garage overhead piping leaked onto my car causing spots.

Overall, the stay was nice. The room was comfortable and well decorated. Noise was not an issue from other occupants. Breakfast was exceptional and dining room was clean. Staff was pleasant. I would stay at this location again, but I would not park in the garage under the pipes that leaked.

$15 charge for parking.

Everything was fine. If I could change anything about my stay I would have to say the $15 parking fee and the shower curtain wasn't quite long enough. I felt bad getting water all over the bathroom floor.

The bed was really comfortable.
There was no refrigerator to keep leftovers in, no microwave and barely any channels to watch after coming in from the long day.

This hotel is very nice, our room was really clean. I didn't like that we had to pay $15.00 a day for parking.
