The Holiday Inn Express Hotel Oglesby/ Starved Rock is centrally located 1 hour from Peoria and Chicago. The Holiday Inn Express, Oglesby features an indoor pool, and guest laundry services. All our spacious, rooms have voice mail, free high-speed Internet, in room movies, coffee makers, hair dryers, and iron and ironing boards. The hotel also has 6 rooms with micro/fridge for all our extended stay guests. We pride ourselves on our deluxe complimentary continental breakfast buffet. We also have 4 restaurants all within walking distance. We are also only 10 min from a mall and craft mall. We are also the closest Holiday Inn Express to Starved Rock State Park. The hotel was very clean and very welcoming.
The pool was small.

The hotel was very clean, there staff where very welcoming, was clean, had a breakfast deluxe and was very good, no complained.

I liked the maid service, giving us extra pillows and towels and they even straightened the dog's toys when cleaning the room.
There is nothing I didn't like.

I found this Holiday Inn Express without knowing anything about it and took a chance with it and both my wife and I loved staying there and would definitely return again. Our dog Minnie had a great time too. The free morning breakfasts each day were delicious as well.

Very friendly staff, rooms were ready when we arrived. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, but bathroom was small.

The location to the park was great.
Broken spa, small pool, no towels in room.

The hotel was a decent price for the 5 of us. However, we were disappointed that the spa was broken when we got there. Staff didn't have a cot ready for us.

It was where we wanted to be. Restaurants were close.
Not real clean. The whirlpool did not work and hasn't for many months per workers.

OK - typical Holliday Express. Breakfast was fine. Rooms were OK. Had internet which was good with the Grandchildren.
