The overall ambiance of the hotel was inviting and it is in a nice area of town.
No ice buckets in room and uncomfortable beds.

When we arrived we were greeted nicely enough but then we were told our room was still in maintenance. When the desk clerk inquired with the staff, the maintenance personnel could not speak English. We were given a different room and ended up with 2 double beds which was disappointing. We were so surprised to find that this hotel doesn't supply ice buckets in the rooms even though they have ice machines on every floor! What does one put their ice in? When we went to use the jacuzzi, we were disappointed that the temperature was not very hot. The complimentary breakfast was satisfying enough. The famous Cinnamon Rolls are tasty and the coffee was fine. The breakfast area was not very conducive to crowd flow so it made it frustrating to negotiate around the other guests. read more

Both my husband and I are light sleepers. We like this hotel because it is very quite and clean. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room which are very convenient. It provides nice breakfast. Convenient location. Definitely worth the price.
