The room was quite clean, lots of pillows, nice TV, nice bathroom.
Entry way into hotel was dirty, front desk employee was rude and didn't speak English well and the elevator was dirty.

Breakfast food was low budget and it showed and they even ran out of orange juice.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We needed an extra roll away bed and they brought it immediately. Very accommodating.
Our room had a king bed and a sofa bed. When the sofa bed was open, there was not enough room to get around.

Overall a very nice hotel. The best thing about it was the staff. Each person I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar every morning was well stocked. Food was decent. They kept free coffee available which was greatly appreciated. My only complaint is that the room was too small to accommodate a king size bed and a sofa bed. When the sofa bed was open, it ran right up to the edge of the king bed, requiring the person in the bed to crawl down to the bottom of the bed to get out. read more

Location to my destination.
Told I had to accept a smoking room even though I requested non-smoking room.

The hotel was conveniently located to Marist College, my destination. The staff at the front desk was personable upon arrival but extremely obnoxious when I call to change my room to non-smoking room which I had requested. I was not guaranteed my request and they did not honor it.

Excellent front desk staff; nice room; comfortable bed; nice amenities; and was very clean.
There was no remote for the TV.

I was very impressed with this Holiday Inn Express and I would stay in one again. It was clean, room was well appointed and comfortable. The refrigerator was much appreciated. Nice to have a selection and variety of breakfast foods. Great place, very convenient and easy to find. Front desk woman was so kind and helpful. Great place - I would stay here again in a minute.

Good service, flat panel TV, and an awesome setup!
Nothing. Except a weird breeze in the room when all windows were closed.

I loved everything about this place, except for that weird breeze. Otherwise, it really was an awesome night at this Holiday Inn. Loved it!

One of only a few upper-midscale hotels in the area and very helpful staff.
