Convenience to airport.
Friendly front desk reception; she was a winner.

Very clean hotel; rooms were OK; currently under refurbishment but not a problem; good continental breakfast with hot food and other items to choose from; overall, a good experience except the front desk receptionist who was a sour puss and not helpful in recommending a local restaurant near the hotel.

The free airport parking and airport shuttle.
Nothing, this hotel was perfect.

The hotel was extremely nice. We chose this hotel because of the free parking and airport shuttle, which saved us a ton of money as opposed to parking at the airport.

Comfort and accessibility to airport.
A shuttle wasn't available for late night arrivals which created a problem for a family traveling with an infant and no car seat.

We arrived, exhausted, after midnight on a delayed flight. The crib we had requested was in place and we could instantly fall into bed. Our room was very comfortable and attractive, but we weren't there long enough to really enjoy the amenities.

You had to walk 10 minutes to a decent restaurant.

Small, clean, efficient hotel. Ideal for travelers in transit to and from airport. Vacationing families may want something larger with in-house restaurant
