Great value. Quick service at front desk.
Lighting in rooms was harsh, cold fluorescent.

The staff at the front desk was attentive and very helpful when I had a question about billing and a lost item. I enjoyed the breakfast, which did not offer a huge variety but was certainly adequate. The rooms are nicely appointed, quiet and comfortable. Bathrooms are nice as well, though water pressure in the shower could have been better. All things considered I enjoyed my stay and would strongly consider this hotel if staying in the area again. read more

room had a slight musty order at frist.

Hotel is good for a Quick stay over. I was unable to check into my room until 3:30 because they took a long to clean.

It was convenient to the location I was interested in.
Nothing.

It was very easy to access, room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Next time I go to Roanoke,
I will stay there.

I liked the comfort of the room and the beds. Kids enjoyed the pool although it was crowded at first.
Upon arriving, I was a little unsure about the neighborhood, but had no problems.

This was a great place to stay with my girls for our getaway weekend. The room was very comfortable, the staff was friendly, the pool and facilities were clean, the breakfast was good, and it was convenient to where we wanted to go.

The room was large, Bathroom was nice, great amenities.
No rooms with hot tubs in them.

Great place to stay if you have something to do in town. If your looking to go to a hotel for romantic reasons, you might want to look else where.
