I liked the bed, sheets, and pillows were comfy.
Didn't like bathroom set up. Sink and mirrors should be separated from shower and toilet.
The beds were very comfortable with a nice view. The room felt small to walk in with myself, husband and child. The hotel personnel were very sweet, polite, professional and outgoing. The only thing I didn't care for is the size of the room. It felt small and cramped in the two bed rooms.

The location is good within walking distance of the Gas Lamp District.
The parking structure is horrible. Way too tight and they make you pay $16 for the experience.
The location is good, the room, with the exception of the bathroom being too small, was good, and the breakfast was very good.

Breakfast bar had high chairs available.
Sign by elevator stated that: Chemicals in this area are known to cause cancer and reproductive harm.
It is a large hotel with elevator access, be sure to check out early because the elevator gets packed around check-out time. If you wait like we did there is an estimated 20 minute wait to get space in the elevator. Staff is unfamiliar with area, and you have to call for internet pass codes.

Hot breakfast included, comfortable bed.
$16 daily parking fee, top floor hot even with
AC (from poorly insulated roof).
Room and ammenities were better than expected. Refrigerator was in room. Free wifi. Free breakfast buffet was very good. Parking lot was very tight to drive around and would not accomodate big vehicles. Very good location. One minute to freeways. Right in the middle of downtown.

Clean.
Very noisy out side early in the morning and parking cost was more than they charge at Seaworld.
I did not appreciate the noise out side early in the morning. Cost me less to park at Seaworld than at this hotel, also parking structures were very tight and confusing. Took some time to exit but overall it was clean.
