The complimentary buffet breakfast.
It was about 20-30 minutes away from San Francisco.

For the price and the complimentary breakfast it was worth it for us to make the drive to San Francisco and back. It was just a little small and the beds were just a little on the lumpy side. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful lighting in bathroom. Excellent restaurant next door.
Dark interior.

This was a fine experience. Shuttle service to and from my airline was prompt and friendly, and other observations are above.

Walk on carpets and the bottom of your socks were like you had walked on a beauty shop floor before they swept.

Dirty rooms. Sheets had spots, dusty window covering, blind was pulled down and would not go back up to let sunlight in room in the morning, water stains on ceiling and human hair covered carpet. Will not stay there again. Finally, we just turned around and went South (on our own) and found the hotel fine. After driving until all but in and out was closed for the evening.

Excellent service, great attitudes, need to give them both a raise!

Enjoyed the breakfast set-up. Appreciated the focus on the customer experience from the front desk. They made the stay in San Fran enjoyable and were very helpful in answering questions, helping me get around town, find things, etc. This was unexpected, but something I'll remember!

Continental, very quiet room and comfortable beds. Choice of restaurants near by.
The continental breakfast was not as good as other Holiday Express hotels I've stayed at.

I would recommend this hotel to travelers needing to catch a flight. Very quiet, close to airport and they have shuttle service.

The location wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst either.

Great hotel for a Holiday Inn, much nicer then I expected.
