They gave us breakfast early due to our flight leaving early and we had to leave.
I could not take a bath. No plug in the tub. Complained before we left.

When I told the desk clerk that there was no plug for the tub, he said that we should have called and told them. We also had a problem sleeping due to the refrigerator making too much noise. We had turned off the air and all we could hear was the refrigerator. The desk clerk said they could have unplugged it.

The breakfast was lean when we arrived at 9 . The Carpets were dirty, the pillows were lumpy and few choices.

This hole needs some attention, the carpet,the mattress and the pillows.

Beautiful pool and waterfall with close proximity to the airport.
Ice machine not working on any floors, except the first one.

Excellent hot breakfast. We had to leave early in the morning before it started and the food was already there at 6 am. Staff friendly. Clean comfortable room with microwave and fridge. Bed was very comfortable.

Helpful staff & close to Orlando Sanford Airport.
They forgot caffinated coffee in room.

I thought it was a little pricey but that's Orlando for you. Staff was very helpful. The kind lady in charge of breakfast came early to set up continental breakfast and shuttle us to airport.

Other then having a problem with the pillows, my stay at this motel was very comfortable. It was very nice and clean.

The entire room was wonderful.
The cost was a bit high.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The accomodations were outstanding. I would definitely return to this hotel during the week when the rates are lower.

Bad presentation and horrible bathroom like a locker room.

Not attractive. My bathroom felt like a locker room, the bed was a rock, and the place came across as dirt cheap. It was like a dog in a dress. A little effort, but misguided at best. The desk clerk was also sure to verbally let incoming guests know that he was not happy that they had arrived. Good move.
