This was a perfect place to land after a long trip down from the US. Room large and very clean. Beds quite comfortable with cozy duvets. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful! Would recommend to any traveler!

Location was excellent for business travelers and friendly staff.

Very good hotel for the business traveler to Santiago. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet, well located for office visits and good local restaurants. I will stay here again, highly recommended for the business traveler.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Good location, some rooms with mountain views.

Our room had a nice view of the mountains and was very clean. The location is great, near good restaurants and walking distance to the subway. Of course, there are always cabs there to take you anywhere you want to go. I needed help from the front desk several times and, no matter what I needed, they helped, be it directions or restaurant recommendations. Also, parking is free for guests, which is very nice. read more

Taxi fare.

Clean, tasteful decor, nice people, a bit remote. Too many bathroom facilities. I didn't slip, but bath is a bit slippery.

The staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
The location is a little bit too close to a not so great area.

This hotel has excellent staff and is well appointed. It will be better located once nearby construction is completed.

The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
On our 1st stay, we were put in a smoking room even though we reserved a non-smoking room.

Very enjoyable and walking distance to some good restaurants.
