This hotel has a large open parking lot, friendly staff, clean pleasant rooms and comfortable beds. the breakfast is very nice and the lobby comfortable.

The bedding was very comfortable. The amenities & extras made a nice touch.

The hotel staff including the housekeeping staff was all very friendly and helpful. The 5 pillows on each bed (3 firm and 2 soft) would definitely suit everyone's needs. The bedding felt like that of a luxury hotel. The free breakfast was perfect for my family. We would definitely stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.

No elevator.

Overall, our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Would stay again.

Had stayed at this hotel before. Knew the quality already.
No elevator to 2nd floor.

If you are staying Shelby North Carolina, this is the best hotel for your choice. Close to downtown, close to the High Schools and not very far from Gardner Webb college. Good breakfast buffet and comfortable clean rooms. Will stay there every year when I go home to visit family.

Beds and pillows were very good.
Entrance to hotel is not easy to access (at a Mall). Easy to miss the entrance.

Good hotel to stay in when visiting Shelby and the surrounding area. Probably the best hotel in the area.
