The bedding and beds were extremely comfortable and buffet breakfast was excellent.
There was no indoor pool/hot tub.
Clean, comfortable, quiet, and a great breakfast to start the morning that we have come to appreciate and expect from Holiday Inn Express.

Friendly staff and good location.
Very uncomfortable bed!
Hotel is fine, it worked okay for a very short trip (was only in the hotel around 7 hours total). Would not want to stay here for a long period of time though. Workout facility was better than I expected - nicer than some 3-4 star hotels I've stayed at.

The free breakfast for very good and had lots of choices. The staff was very friendly.
Nothing I can think of for such an awesome price.
I stayed there for 2 nights July 18th and 19th. This hotel was among the best for a hotel rated at 2.5 Stars. The hotel was very clean and easy to get to and around places in mid central Sioux City. I was able to get to downtown in less than 5 minutes. The night receptionist was great, she let us use the staff microwave to heat up our dinner. I think what I liked best was the free breakfast that even some 3+ star hotels don't offer. read more

The room just had a good feel and staff were friendly.
Too much fat in the breakfast (but it's the midwest).
It was quiet, clean, the bed and bedding were comfortable. I like their policy of washing linens only if you ask.
