The Holiday Inn Express in Spokane is conveniently located to downtown. The service is great, and the breakfast is quite good. The balcony overlooking the city is terrific. The room was very clean and well stocked.

Bottle necking of the breakfast nook.

Although it did not have a pool the staff make up the difference.

Location was good.
Room was right next to lobby where breakfast was served. It was way too loud.

Overall, I like the hotel, but I did not like the location of the room. We were right next to the fitness room which is adjacent to the breakfast area/lobby...not a good spot.

I booked this hotel through Priceline without the nice people at Holiday Inn I would not have known what bed configuration we had I called Holiday Inn they told me that they would take care of the bed situation (needed 2 queen beds) they were helpful and when I arrived the staff exceeded my expectations throughout my stay.

Limited breakfast selection - boldless coffee, no other than green yogurt .

Clean and spacious rooms. Strong signal for wireless Internet in the room (3rd floor - 3/4 hallway distance from lobby).
