Absolutely wonderful rooms, friendly and helpful staff

I wish I had known of Holiday Inn Express at Kendell in my prior visit to my son who lives in Miami and works at the MetroZoo. I expected a convenient and nice place to stay, but I did not expect the excellent quality of the room and the level of friendly, pleasant ambiance. I will be returning there on my next trip.

Hotel staff is quite friendly. The breakfast is fantastic.
The Holiday Inn sign is dark at night, hard to see.

Breakfast is quite good. The room is large and clean. You can find several restaurants nearby. We definitely enjoy our stay there!

Rooms near elevators noisy in the morning, side parking lot a bit dark.

This Holiday Inn Express was typical of the brand, very clean.
The hotel was short on parking spaces.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. It was convenient to the Florida Turnpike and the Florida Keys. We were in a 5th floor suite that was very comfortable. It had double beds, but very clean.

The location and it's modern decorating.
Every day we had to get a new key card to our room after housekeeping entered. Our key no longer worked.

Very nice property. Small workout room with only 4 pieces of equipment, but it had a big television. The rooms were like a suite hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and had healthy choices.

Entire hotel is suites, not just rooms.
It is completely non-smoking.

Staff was friendly, room was very large. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
