Description of Holiday Inn Express & Suites Memphis
Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Memphis, TN. We are a completely non-smoking hotel. We are located 5 mile from the airport and are centrally located in the city of Memphis. Our hotel features 109 rooms including king rooms, double queen rooms, king suites and Jacuzzi suites. We are an interior corridor hotel. Each room has a microwave, small fridge, coffeemaker, hairdryer and free high speed Internet access. We offer the Complimentary Deluxe "Stay Smart" Continental Breakfast featuring our famous hot cinnamon rolls. We have a business center to assist you with any last minute needs. We also have a heated indoor pool, hot tub and complete exercise facility. Same day valet laundry service is available. We are only 4 miles from the Federal Express (FedEx) Hub, 1.2 miles from First Student and have meeting space to accommodate up to 30 people. We offer transportation to and from the Memphis airport, located six miles from the hotel. We also offer Park, Stay and Go rates. The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly & accomodating.
The hotel itself was in a very scary part of town. It was isolated with very few restaurants close by. We were scared of the surroundings.

Nice hotel. Terrible area! Would not stay there again only because of location.

The shuttle got me out of there early in the morning.
Not knowing that the whole hotel was booked for Spring break kids.

I like the comfortable mattresses.
I did not like that there was no Jacuzzi in our room.

This hotel was great. The people were nice and very friendly. The free breakfast was good too.

The staff is very friendly and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed it very much.
Cleaning staff accidentally came in and woke us up early in the morning, 6am.

We had parked our car with them for a week and they waited patiently to return us to the hotel, while we tracked our missing luggage.

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very courteous staff. Nice breakfast area and food selections.
Our room looked like it hadn't been dusted in a while. Bathroom showing some signs of wear & tear.

It wasn't the best of neighborhoods, however it was very convenient to the airport and that was our primary consideration. We did feel safe inside the hotel and the parking lot was secure. Did have to drive a ways to find a nice restaurant.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. This was one of the nicest and cleanest hotels that we have been on when on vacation.

The hotel was attractive and the people were friendly.
The location was in a less than great part of town but it was safe.

I enjoyed the hotel. The room was attractive and clean. The staff was friendly. I would stay there again. The only thing I did not like was the fact that it was not the greatest part of town, but I would stay there again.
