Bed is OK, but the room ( especially the carpet ) is dirty and does not look like a 3-star upscale hotel.

It was very convenient to the major highways around the Syracuse area.
The water temperature in the shower was very difficult to control/manage.

Staff was very helpful. The restaurant/room service wasn't available when we wanted it. The location, although very convenient off I-90 and 690, was in an industrial area, no convenient access to food, gas, pharmacy, etc.
