No elevator.

Other than the absense of an elevator the hotel was clean, bed was confortable and served it's purpose of an affordable hotel.

Cleaning staff did a good job cleaning room.
Needs updating staff had issues which I reported to Holiday Inn.

This hotel has a lot of deferred maintenance that needs to be done. Rooms are clean and breakfast was available when promised. Staff was not present when checking out (on personal business- very unprofessional) so I had to wait to get a receipt. The hotel is located in a spot near a dumpster which is all you smell as you depart. Very poor experience.

Very accommodating letting me check in early.
Quite plain.

Typical 2-star fare. Very plain and uninspired decor. Though I was impressed with how accommodating they were to let me check in quite early; it was only 12:20 pm.

Bedding was attractive and definitely clean.
Large dead spider in bathroom light fixture!

Very clean and taken care of. Good breakfast selections, nice towels and bedding. The internet wasn't working when I got there, unfortunately, but everything else met or exceeded my expectations.
