Friendly staff.

Water fell continuously from the ceiling unto the room's toilet, forcing us to use the public restroom. In the public restroom, the trash receptacle fell on my wife's foot bruising if not breaking three of her toes.

Very clean and very quite.
Smoke detector did not work a lot of broken things.

You could not cut off the air conditioner unit, they forgot to put wash clothes in our room and we were told we would have to go downstairs and get them. Vending machines did not work, smoke detector no light on which means not working, hair dryer not working, could not replace told it would take a while, no do not disturb sign.

The manager was helpful with guiding us to good locations.
The restrooms were not clean and when were cleaned still left behind a bad odor.

I was happy with dealing with the personal that worked there, the were are very helpful and easy going, all though I was unsatisfied with the room its self the amenities were almost unbearable.
