The room had only one, small window; due to the fact that the building is 20 years old.

Although the hotel met the expectations that I had for this level of accommodations, on the last day of my stay I discovered that the earphones to my iPod were missing, as was the case in which I stored them. Fortunately I did not leave my iPod in the room or I'm certain that it would be missing also. When I reported the missing earphones the staff provided a replacement pair, albeit not even close to the same quality. read more

Staff went far above and beyond to meet special requests.
Put me in a handicap accessible room.

Hotel was convenient to interstate and a variety of restaurants. The front desk and maintenance staff far exceeded expectations in meeting special requests.

Hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. As a single female traveler, I felt very safe, secure in my room and surroundings. Very surprised at the quality of dinners in the hotel restaurant. Food was excellent and affordable.

Safety issues; and cleanliness issues.

We were put in a hallway were construction was occurring - messy and loud. We were moved only after having to request a move. The back door was held open by a piece of carpeting which compromised safety.

The fitness room and pool area.
The room was small.

I think it is located in a good area where you can get any meal you want. I did not like to the room too much but other than the room it was fine.

The beds were less comfortable than expected.

Great staff, good location, attractive hotel, but if your only concern is a really nice bed this hotel may disappoint.
